If this is an emergency, phone now

Do not book, message or email. This site cannot help in an emergency, and I may be with a patient. Not sure it can wait? Treat it as one.

Phone for any of these

  • Chest pain or pressure, especially with sweating or breathlessness
  • Trouble breathing, or lips turning blue
  • Face drooping, an arm going weak, or speech slurring
  • Bleeding that will not stop
  • A seizure, or someone who cannot be woken
  • A sudden, severe headache unlike any before
  • Swelling of the face, lips or throat after a medicine or treatment
  • Thoughts of ending your life

Urgent, but not an emergency

In working hours, WhatsApp me and I reply between patients. Anyone who arrives very unwell is seen first.

If you are at the rooms

If someone becomes very unwell, including during a treatment, I stop, treat them with the emergency equipment kept there, and stay with them until the ambulance crew takes over. I do not transport patients.

After hours

There is no after-hours service, and WhatsApp is not read after hours. Phone 10177 or 112, or go to the nearest emergency unit.
